Jessye Wdowin-McGregor practice explores is a film-based performance artist who investigates image rupture or aberration through photography, film and performance, discovering discrepancies in images of natural and urban environments. Her performance practice, explores a temporal engagement with the charged atmosphere of urban fringe landscapes and the body in relation to industrial architecture.

During her three-month residency project Jessye is exploring river systems, canals and bodies of water in London and South East England, using moving image, performance and sound. The research has centred particularly around sites and places where natural wilderness and human industry converge.

There will be the opportunity to have a drink with Jessye, Manick and fellow attendees afterwards. Due to limited capacity this will be an invitation only event. If you are planning on attending please RVSP to IRP@acme.org.uk by Monday 14 August.
