Description

The studios form part of a mixed-use development which includes private and affordable residential apartments.

2006. The Galleria was established as a 'planning gain' development in partnership with Barratt and is part-funded by Arts Council England's Grants for the arts - capital programme.

Access
A ramp serves the front door. A ramped lobby leads to studios 96-101 at raised ground level. From the lobby, a staircase and level access lift serve studios 104-146 on upper floors. Studios 89-92 & 95 are approached by steps. 89-92 may be made lift accessible by prior arrangement with the Sumner Road concierge (ask Acme for details). Accessible wash-up facilities and toilets are on each floor

Other facilities
Entryphone and swipe key access to main entrance and corridors, with a key for each studio. Bike store on ground floor. Wheelchair accessible toilets and wash-up facilities on each floor.

Public Transport
